If this is your first time logging on to the portal, you will be prompted to fill out the paperwork necessary for you or your child's first appointment. Please complete all forms and input payment information, should you wish to pay by card. Card payments will incur a 3% processing fee. Feel free to pay by check or cash should you wish to avoid this.
If you are a remote client, you will log on to the link given to you by your therapist.
Otherwise, we will see you at our appointment at 1151 Sheridan Road NE, Atlanta GA 30324. When you arrive, have a seat in the lobby and your therapist will come come greet you there.
